2. Place the cuff on your left wrist, approximately 1 cm below the wrist bone.
3. Raise the wrist to heart level — this is essential for accurate wrist BP readings.
4. Press START. The cuff inflates and measures automatically. Remain still throughout.
5. Results appear on the display with colour-coded risk classification.
6. Measure at the same time each day for consistent long-term tracking.
