Usage Instructions

1. Set date and time on initial setup — the meter is otherwise ready to use out of the box.
2. Insert an Accu-Chek Instant test strip — the meter powers on automatically.
3. Use the Softclix lancing device to obtain a 0.6 µL blood sample from the fingertip (or alternative site).
4. Touch the blood drop to the wide dosing area at the end of the test strip — blood is drawn in automatically.
5. Wait 4 seconds for the result. The colour-coded target range indicator shows whether the reading is in-range, high, or low.
6. If Bluetooth is active, the reading transfers automatically to the mySugr app.

Warnings and Precautions

• For in vitro diagnostic use only — external blood glucose testing only.
