Usage Instructions

1. Place the KS-26 on a hard, flat, stable surface.
2. Press the ON/TARE touch key to activate the scale. The display will show 0.0.
3. Place your bowl, plate, or container on the glass surface. The display shows its weight.
4. Press TARE to zero the display with the container in place.
5. Add your first ingredient directly. Note the weight shown.
6. Press TARE again to zero — add the next ingredient. Repeat for each successive ingredient.
7. To switch units, press the unit button to cycle between g, kg, oz, and lb.
8. The scale powers off automatically after a period of inactivity.

Care and Storage Instructions

• Wipe the glass surface and scale body clean with a damp cloth after each use. A small amount of washing-up liquid can be used for tougher residue.
• Never immerse the scale in water or rinse under running water — the electronics are not waterproof.
