Usage Instructions

1. Install 4 × AA batteries. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow. The cuff should fit snugly with one finger able to slide underneath.
3. Rest your arm at heart level on a flat surface, palm upward. Sit upright.
4. Press START. The cuff inflates and measures automatically. Remain still throughout.
5. Results appear on the XL display with traffic light risk classification. Note the arrhythmia indicator if present.

• For home monitoring only — not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
• The cuff fits 22–35 cm. Using it on an arm larger than 35 cm will produce inaccurate readings — use the optional XL cuff.
