  4. Lie down or sit in a comfortable, upright position. Place the stress releaZer on your abdomen, over the diaphragm area — the curved lower surface should rest gently against the body.
  5. Select your preferred breathing cycle (10, 12, or 14 seconds) in the app or on the device.
  6. Activate the illuminated ring if desired to provide a visual breathing guide.
  7. Activate the heat function if desired for additional relaxation.
