Usage Instructions

1. Place the cushion against the chair back, sofa, or surface with the massage heads facing toward your body.
2. Secure the cushion using the hook-and-loop fastening band around the chair back or seat.
3. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet.
4. Use the manual control switch to switch on the Shiatsu massage. The heads will begin rotating automatically, alternating between clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
5. To activate the heat and light function, press the dedicated control. Heat can be used with or without the massage.
6. Lean back gently into the cushion. Adjust your body position to direct the massage heads to the specific area — neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, or legs.
7. Control the intensity naturally by leaning more or less firmly into the cushion.
8. Limit sessions to a comfortable duration — typically 15–20 minutes. Switch off and unplug after use.
