Usage Instructions

1. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet.
2. Drape the massager around your neck so the massage heads rest against the back of the neck and the handles hang down at the front.
3. Use the control element on the product to select your speed setting (1 or 2) or the massage mode. The massage heads will begin kneading.
4. Hold the handles and pull gently downward or forward to apply additional pressure to the massage area. Releasing the handles reduces intensity.
5. To activate the heat function, press the heat button on the control element.
6. The massager can also be used on the shoulders, upper back, and legs by repositioning it against those areas while seated.
7. The device will switch off automatically after the recommended session duration. You can also switch off manually at any time.
8. Unplug after use and allow the device to cool before storing or washing the cover.
