Usage Instructions

1. Place the KS-19 on a hard, flat, stable surface.
2. Press the ON/TARE touch key to activate the scale — the display shows 0.0.
3. Place your bowl or container on the glass surface. The display shows its weight.
4. Press TARE to zero the display with the container in place.
5. Add your first ingredient — note the weight shown.
6. Press TARE again to zero — add the next ingredient. Repeat for each successive ingredient.
7. To switch units, press the unit touch key to cycle through g, ml, oz, fl.oz, and lb:oz.
8. For liquid volume measurement: switch to ml or fl.oz mode, place a container, tare, then pour in the liquid — the display shows volume in ml or fl.oz.
9. The scale powers off automatically after a period of inactivity.

Care and Storage Instructions

• Wipe the glass surface and scale body with a damp cloth after each use. A small amount of mild washing-up liquid can be used for stubborn residue.
• Never immerse the scale in water or rinse under running water — it contains electronics and is not waterproof.
• The glass surface is fixed — clean it in place with a cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaning pads which could scratch the glass surface.
