Usage Instructions

1. Select the appropriate massage attachment (soft or nub) and press it firmly onto the massager head.
2. Decide whether to use the handle (attached) or without (detached). Attach the handle for back and shoulder application; remove for close-contact direct application.
3. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet.
4. Use the intensity dial to set your preferred tapping depth. Start at the lowest setting and increase gradually.
5. To activate infrared heat, use the dedicated heat control. Heat can be activated alongside the massage or independently.
6. Apply the massager to the target muscle area — back, neck, shoulder, arm, or leg. Move slowly and allow the tapping action to work through the tissue. Do not press excessively hard.
7. For infrared heat, allow 1–2 minutes of warm-up before applying to the skin.
8. Limit each session to a comfortable duration — typically 10–15 minutes per area. Switch off and unplug after use.
