Usage Instructions

1. Charge the device fully before first use via the included USB-C cable.
2. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes. Sit upright with feet flat on the floor.
3. Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow. The cuff tubing should run down the inside of the arm.
4. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level, palm facing upward.
5. Press the START button once. The device inflates and measures automatically during inflation.
6. Remain still and do not talk during measurement. Results will appear on screen and be announced via voice output.
7. Check the hypertension risk and irregular heartbeat indicators alongside your reading. Press MEMORY to review stored results.
