Usage Instructions

1. Install batteries. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the universal cuff around your upper left arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow.
3. Rest your arm at heart level on a flat surface, palm facing upward. Sit upright.
4. Press START. The cuff inflates and measures automatically. Remain still throughout.
5. Results appear on the XL display. Check the colour-coded risk classification and arrhythmia indicator.
6. If Bluetooth is activated, the reading transfers to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app automatically.
