Usage Instructions

1. Install 2 × AAA batteries. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Place the cuff on your left wrist, approximately 1 cm below the wrist bone. Palm facing upward.
3. Raise the wrist to heart level — this is critical for accurate wrist BP readings.
4. Press START. The cuff inflates and the reading is taken during inflation. Remain still throughout.
5. Results appear on the illuminated display with colour-coded risk classification.
6. If Bluetooth is activated, the reading transfers automatically to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app.
