Usage Instructions

1. Install 2 × AAA batteries. Set date and time. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Place the cuff on the left wrist, approximately 1 cm below the wrist bone. Palm should face upward. Secure the cuff.
3. Raise the wrist to heart level. The position indicator will confirm correct alignment — a red warning activates if the position is incorrect.
4. Press START. The cuff inflates and measures automatically. Remain still during measurement.
5. Results appear on the XL display. The colour-coded scale shows the classification. The resting indicator confirms whether you were sufficiently at rest.
6. If Bluetooth is activated, data transfers automatically to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app.
7. Always measure on the same wrist at the same time each day for consistent trend data.
