Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Open the vial and remove one test strip. Reseal the cap immediately.
3. Insert the strip into the LifeChek TD-4141 meter — the meter powers on automatically.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample (0.5 µL) from the finger, palm, upper arm, or forearm.
5. Touch the sample tip of the strip to the blood drop — the strip draws in the sample by capillary action.
6. Wait 5 seconds for the blood glucose reading to appear on the meter display.
7. Record the result if needed. Dispose of the used strip safely.

Storage Instructions

• Store in the original sealed vial at 2°C to 30°C in a cool, dry place.
• Keep humidity between 10% and 85% — avoid high-humidity environments.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
