Usage Instructions

1. Insert a LifeChek TD-4141 test strip into the meter — it powers on automatically.
2. Wash and dry hands. Use a lancing device to obtain a 0.5 µL blood sample from the finger, palm, upper arm, or forearm.
3. Touch the sample tip of the test strip to the blood drop — the strip draws in the sample by capillary action.
4. Wait 5 seconds for the blood glucose reading to appear on the meter display.
5. Record your result if needed. Safely dispose of the used strip and lancet.
6. Refer to the included user manual for full guidance on testing and result interpretation.

Storage and Maintenance

• Store the meter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Store test strips between 2°C and 30°C at 10–85% humidity in their original sealed container.
