Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Open the container and remove one test strip. Reseal the container immediately.
3. Insert the strip into the CareCheck Auto Code meter — the meter powers on and auto-codes automatically.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample (1 µL) from the fingertip.
5. Touch the sample end of the strip to the blood drop. The meter absorbs the sample automatically.
6. Wait 5 seconds for the blood glucose reading to appear on the display.
7. Use the meter’s strip ejector button to hygienically dispose of the used strip.
