The Beurer BF-105 Body Complete is a comprehensive diagnostic bathroom scale built for users who want more than basic body composition data. Its defining feature is a precision 8-electrode system — 4 electrodes embedded in the standing platform and 4 more in the removable wireless handheld display unit — enabling separate upper body and lower body measurement. Usage Instructions

1. Set up your user profile via the handheld display: enter your age, gender, height, and activity level (1–5).
2. Place the scale on a hard, flat, level surface — not on carpet.
3. For best BIA accuracy: measure at the same time each day, preferably in the morning after using the toilet, before eating or drinking. Avoid measuring immediately after exercise.
4. Ensure your feet are bare and dry before stepping on — wet feet distort BIA readings.
5. Step onto the centre of the platform with bare feet, making full contact with the four platform electrodes.
6. Pick up and hold the handheld display firmly with both hands, ensuring your palms contact the four hand electrodes. Keep your hands and arms from touching each other or your body — maintain a gap.
7. Stand still, upright, with weight distributed equally on both feet. The scale recognises your profile and begins measuring weight, then body composition.
8. All values appear on the handheld display simultaneously. Data transfers automatically to the HealthManager Pro app if Bluetooth is active and the app is open.
9. Step off — the scale powers down automatically.

Care and Storage Instructions

• Clean the glass platform with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
• Wipe the handheld display unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth — do not expose to water.
• Never immerse either unit in water.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning products on the glass or electrodes.
• Protect both units from hard knocks and impacts.
• Store the handheld display in its docking position on the scale base when not in use.
• Keep away from heat sources and significant temperature fluctuations.
