Usage Instructions

1. Install 4 × AA batteries. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the standard cuff around your upper left arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow. If your arm circumference is 30–42 cm, use the separately available XL cuff.
3. Rest your arm at heart level. Touch the START sensor to initiate automatic measurement.
4. Results appear on the illuminated XL display with colour-coded risk classification.
5. To transfer data to your PC, connect via the USB cable and open the Beurer HealthManager Pro software.
