Usage Instructions
- Insert 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries into the control unit.
- Slightly moisten the electrodes with water for good skin contact.
- Wrap the cuff around the wrist or lower arm and secure it using the buckle fastener for a snug, comfortable fit.
- Switch on and select one of the 4 pre-programmed applications.
- Gradually increase the intensity to a level that feels effective but comfortable.
- The device will switch off automatically at the end of the session, or you can stop it manually at any time.
