Usage Instructions
- Insert 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries into the control element.
- Ensure the skin area to be treated is clean, then slightly moisten the electrodes with water for good contact.
- Wrap the cuff around the knee or elbow and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener for a snug, comfortable fit — not too tight.
- Connect the control element and select one of the 4 pre-programmed applications.
- Gradually increase the intensity to a level that feels effective but never uncomfortable.
- The device will switch off automatically at the end of the session, or you can stop it manually at any time.
Care Instructions
- Remove the control element before cleaning the cuff.
- Wipe the cuff and electrodes with a slightly damp cloth; do not submerge in water.
- Allow the cuff to air dry fully before reattaching the control element or storing.
- Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears.
