2. Place the scale on a hard, flat, level surface — do not use on carpet.

4. Step onto the centre of the glass platform with bare feet, distributing weight evenly on both legs.
5. Stand still without moving — Quick Start activates and the reading appears within seconds on the white backlit display.
6. Step off — the scale powers down automatically.
7. For consistent trend tracking, weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before eating or drinking.
