Usage Instructions
- Connect the removable control switch to the heat pad, then plug into a power outlet.
- Lay the pad flat, without folds, over the area you want to treat — it can be used while lying down or sitting.
- Select your preferred setting from the 6 illuminated temperature levels.
- For longer sessions, use a lower temperature setting to stay comfortable throughout.
- The pad switches off automatically after approx. 90 minutes; simply turn it off and on again to resume use.
- Unplug and allow the pad to cool before removing it or storing it.
