Usage Instructions
- Connect the detachable control unit to the heat pad, then plug into a power outlet.
- Lay the pad flat, without folds, over the area you want to warm — back, shoulders, legs, or abdomen.
- Select your preferred setting from the 6 illuminated temperature levels.
- For longer sessions, use a lower temperature setting to stay comfortable throughout.
- The pad switches off automatically after approx. 90 minutes; turn it off and on again to resume use.
