Usage Instructions

1. Connect the controller to the heat pad socket. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet.
2. Position the heat pad over the target area — stomach, back, hip, joint, or neck.
3. For stomach, back, hip, or joint use: wrap the elastic strap around your body and secure the hook-and-loop fastener at the desired tightness. The pad should sit firmly against the skin without being uncomfortably tight.
4. For neck use: roll the pad into a cylinder shape and position it around the neck, securing with the strap.
5. Use the illuminated temperature controller to select heat level 1 (low), 2 (medium), or 3 (high). The pad heats up quickly.
6. The device will switch off automatically after approximately 90 minutes. You can also switch off manually at any time using the controller.
7. After use, switch off, unplug, and allow to cool before removing.

Care Instructions

• Before washing: Remove the controller completely from the heat pad. Never wash the controller.
• Machine-wash the heat pad at 30°C on a gentle or woolens cycle. Use mild detergent.
• Do not tumble dry, iron, wring, or bleach the heat pad.
• Air dry flat or hanging after washing. Do not put in a dryer.
• Only reconnect the controller after the pad is fully dry.
• Clean the controller with a dry, lint-free cloth only. Do not allow it to contact water.
