Usage Instructions

1. Connect the controller to the heat pad socket. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet (2.3 m cord).
2. For neck and shoulder use: Drape the pad across the back of the neck and shoulders. Secure using the soft hook-and-loop fastener at the neck to hold the pad in position during use.
3. For back use: Position the pad against the back area and secure using the adjustable abdominal belt to hold it in place while seated or reclining.
4. Use the LED button controller to select your preferred heat level (1–6). The illuminated setting shows the active level. Fast heating brings the pad to temperature quickly.
5. The pad switches off automatically after approximately 90 minutes. You can also switch off manually at any time using the controller.
6. After use, switch off, unplug, and allow to cool before removing or adjusting.

Care Instructions

• Before washing: Remove the controller completely from the pad. Never wash the controller.
• Machine-wash both the heated pad and textile cover at 30°C on a gentle or woolens cycle. Use mild detergent.
• Do not tumble dry, wring, iron, or bleach.
• Air dry flat or hanging. Do not put in a dryer.
• Only reconnect the controller after both the pad and cover are completely dry.
• Clean the controller with a dry, lint-free cloth only. Never allow it to contact water.

• Do not use if you have impaired heat sensitivity in the treatment area — risk of burns even at lower settings.
