Usage Instructions

1. Charge the MG-185 fully before first use (approx. 3 hours). Connect the mains adapter to the charging port.
2. Select the appropriate massage attachment for the target area and click it securely into the head of the gun.
3. Press the power button to switch on. Use the touch display to select your desired intensity level (1–9) or one of the 3 preset massage programmes.
4. Hold the gun at a comfortable angle and apply the attachment lightly to the target muscle. Allow the percussive action to do the work — do not press hard into the muscle.
5. Move slowly over the muscle area. Spend no more than 1–2 minutes on any single spot before moving to the next area.
6. Never apply the gun directly over the spine, joints, bones, nerves, or blood vessels.
7. When using a preset programme, the device will switch off automatically at the end of the programme duration.
8. After use, press and hold the power button to switch off. Remove the attachment and store in the carrying case.
