- Charge the MG-35 fully before first use (approx. 150 minutes via USB cable). The LED indicator shows charge status.
- Press the power button to switch on. The device starts at intensity level 1. Press again to cycle through levels 2, 3, and the massage mode.
- Apply the roller to the target muscle area — calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, or back.
- By hand: Hold the device and roll it slowly over the muscle, pausing on trigger points for 15–30 seconds.
- Against a surface: Place the roller between your body and a wall or floor. Use your body weight to control pressure and roll slowly over the target area.
- Start at intensity level 1 and increase as the muscle relaxes. Use the massage mode for a more intensive session.
- The device switches off automatically after 15 minutes. For another session, press the power button again.
