Usage Instructions

1. Before first use, insert 3 × AAA batteries into the battery compartment on the underside of the scale, or remove the insulating strip if pre-installed.
2. Place the scale on a hard, flat, level surface — do not use on carpet.
3. For first use or after moving the scale: step on briefly, step off, and wait for the display to show 0.0 before taking your measurement.
4. Step onto the centre of the rubber-coated platform, distributing weight evenly on both feet.
5. Stand still — Quick Start activates and the reading appears within seconds.
6. Step off — auto shut-off activates automatically.
7. For consistent trend tracking, weigh yourself at the same time each day under the same conditions — ideally in the morning before eating.
8. To switch units between kg, lb, and st, use the unit button (located on the underside of the scale).

Care and Storage Instructions

• Wipe the rubber surface and stainless steel casing clean with a soft, damp cloth after use. The rubber surface can accumulate soap or product residue in a bathroom environment — wipe regularly.
• Never immerse in water or expose to running water — the electronics are not waterproof.
