Usage Instructions

1. Before first use, insert 2 × AAA batteries into the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
2. Place the scale on a hard, flat, level surface — do not use on carpet as this causes inaccurate readings.
3. Step onto the centre of the platform with bare feet, distributing your weight evenly on both legs.
4. Stand still without moving — Quick Start will activate and deliver your reading within seconds.
5. Step off when the reading stabilises — the scale powers off automatically.
6. For most accurate trend tracking, weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning before eating), wearing the same amount of clothing.
7. To switch between kg, lb, and st: access the unit selection via the button on the underside of the scale before stepping on.

Care and Storage Instructions

• Wipe the platform and scale body clean with a soft, damp cloth after use. A mild cleaning solution can be used for residue.
