The CareCheck Ultra Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor designed for simple, accurate home monitoring. Using oscillometric measurement technology with a semiconductor pressure sensor, it measures blood pressure and pulse rate simultaneously, displaying results clearly on an LCD digital display within seconds of completing inflation.

The device features automatic inflation and rapid deflation for a comfortable measurement experience, and includes high and low blood pressure indicators to flag readings outside normal ranges. The adjustable arm cuff fits upper arm circumferences of 22–32 cm (220–320 mm).

Usage Instructions

1. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Wrap the cuff firmly around your left upper arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow, with the tubing running down the inside of the arm.
3. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level, palm facing upward.
4. Press the START button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
5. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement. The cuff will deflate and the reading will appear on the display.
6. Note any high or low blood pressure indicators on the display.
7. For accurate trend tracking, measure at the same time each day under the same conditions.

Storage and Maintenance

• Store in a cool, dry place within the operating temperature range (5°C–40°C).
• Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong magnetic fields.
• Clean the casing with a soft dry cloth. Do not submerge in water.
