Usage Instructions

1. Install 4 × AAA batteries. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the universal soft cuff around your upper left arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow.
3. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level, palm facing upward. Sit upright.
4. Press the START button once. The cuff inflates and measures automatically.
5. Remain still. Results appear after deflation — check indicators alongside the reading.
