3. Rest your arm at heart level on a flat surface, palm facing upward. Sit upright.
4. Press START once. The cuff inflates and measures during inflation. Remain still throughout.
5. Results appear on screen. Check indicators alongside the reading. Press MEMORY to review stored averages.
