Usage Instructions

1. Install 3 × AA batteries or connect a USB-C adapter. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow.
3. Rest your arm at heart level, palm facing upward. Sit upright and remain still.
4. Press START once. The cuff inflates and measures during inflation.
5. Results appear on the LED screen. If voice output is enabled, results will be announced aloud.
6. Check all indicators alongside the reading. Press MEMORY to review stored data.
