2. Step onto the centre of the platform with bare feet, distributing weight evenly.
3. Stand still — the scale powers on and takes the reading automatically.

5. Step off — the scale powers down automatically after a few seconds.
6. For consistent tracking, weigh yourself at the same time each day — ideally in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating.
