Usage Instructions

1. Install 4 × AA batteries. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
2. Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow. You should be able to fit one finger under the cuff.
3. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level, palm facing upward. Sit upright.
4. Press the START button once. The cuff inflates quietly and automatically.
5. Remain still and do not talk during measurement. The result appears on the display after deflation.
6. Review your reading and check the memory for the 3-reading average. Press START/STOP to power off, or allow auto shut-off.
7. For consistent monitoring, measure at the same time each day.
