Usage Instructions

1. Select the appropriate width for the area to be wrapped (S for small limbs and fingers, XL for larger joints and areas).
2. Clean and dry the area to be bandaged. If applying over a wound, place an appropriate dressing on the wound first.
3. Start wrapping at the base of the area and work upward in overlapping spiral layers, covering approximately half the previous layer with each turn.
4. Apply with light, even tension — the bandage should be snug but not restrict circulation. Do not stretch fully before applying.
5. Tear or cut to the required length and press the end firmly against the previous layer to secure.
6. Check regularly — if numbness, tingling, swelling, or discoloration appears below the wrap, loosen or remove immediately and reapply with less tension.
