Usage Instructions

1. Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Rest your arm on a flat surface with your palm facing upward.
2. Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm, with the bottom of the cuff approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow. The cuff tubing should run down the inside of the arm in line with your middle finger.
3. Ensure the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Sit upright and do not talk or move during the measurement.
4. Press the START/STOP button once. The cuff will inflate automatically.
5. The device will deflate gradually and display your systolic (upper), diastolic (lower), and pulse readings on screen.
6. Record your reading if needed. Press START/STOP again or wait for the device to power off automatically.
7. For consistent tracking, measure at the same time each day under the same conditions.

Storage and Maintenance

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
• Wipe the casing with a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge in water.
• Clean the cuff with a soft, lightly moistened cloth and mild soap.
• Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
