These blood glucose test strips are designed for use with the On Call® PLUS and On Call® EZ II blood glucose meters, manufactured by ACON Laboratories. Using glucose oxidase enzyme technology, each strip reacts with a small capillary whole blood sample to produce an accurate, plasma-equivalent glucose reading within approximately 10 seconds.

Each strip requires only 1 µL of blood — a small enough sample to be obtained comfortably from the fingertip, palm, or forearm. The strips use Code 690 calibration and are supplied in individually protected packaging to maintain accuracy and prevent contamination. This pack contains 50 test strips, providing approximately one to two months of supply for daily monitoring.

Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Open the vial and remove one test strip. Reseal the vial immediately.
3. Insert the test strip into the On Call PLUS or EZ II meter strip port.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample (1 µL) from the fingertip, palm, or forearm.
5. Touch the sample tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The meter will confirm sufficient sample with a beep.
6. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the result to display on the meter screen.
7. Record the result if needed. Safely dispose of the used strip.
8. Refer to the On Call PLUS or EZ II user manual for complete testing guidance.

Storage Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 40°C.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity.
