2. Open the foil wrapper carefully from the notched edge. Avoid using teeth, scissors, or sharp objects to prevent damage.
3. Confirm the condom is oriented correctly — the rim should unroll outward.
4. Pinch the tip to remove any trapped air, then roll the condom fully down to the base of the erect penis.
5. After use, hold the condom at the base while withdrawing. Remove carefully to prevent spillage.
6. Wrap the used condom in tissue and dispose of it in a bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
7. Use a new condom for every sexual encounter.
