EvoCheck GM-700S Blood Glucose Test Strips are the proprietary consumable for the EvoCheck GM-700S Blood Glucose Monitoring System. Using GDH-FAD (Glucose Dehydrogenase — Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide) enzyme technology, each strip reacts with a 0.75 µL blood sample to produce an accurate blood glucose reading in 5 seconds.
The strips use the GM-700S’s distinctive side-insert design. The sample entry port is located at the edge of the strip and blood is applied from the side rather than the top — keeping blood away from the meter body for improved hygiene. Auto-coding activates automatically when the strip is inserted, so no manual calibration is needed. Each strip is for single use and should be stored in its original sealed container.
The measuring range of 10–600 mg/dL and wide HCT compatibility (20–70%) make these strips suitable for a broad range of patients, including neonates, elderly individuals, and those with anaemia. This pack contains 50 strips.
Why Choose EvoCheck Test Strips
- GDH-FAD Enzyme Technology: Resistant to oxygen interference — provides stable, reliable readings across a wide range of clinical conditions.
- Side-Insert Design: Unique hygienic strip design that avoids blood contact with the meter body. Strip is rotated and pulled upward to remove after use.
- Auto-Coding: Automatic calibration when the strip is inserted — no manual coding required.
- 0.75 µL Sample: Small blood volume from capillary, venous, arterial, or neonatal sources.
- 5-Second Results: Fast blood glucose reading.
- Wide Measuring Range: 10 to 600 mg/dL (0.6–33.3 mmol/L).
- Wide HCT Range: 20–70% (glucose ≤200 mg/dL) — suitable for neonatal, elderly, and anaemic patients.
- Single Use: Each strip is for one-time use only.
- Pack of 50: Approximately one to two months of daily monitoring supply.

Usage Instructions
- Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
- Remove one test strip from the container and reseal immediately.
- Insert the strip into the side socket of the EvoCheck GM-700S meter — the meter powers on and auto-codes.
- Use a lancing device to obtain a 0.75 µL blood sample from the fingertip or alternative site.
- Touch the blood drop to the sample entry port on the edge of the strip — blood is drawn in automatically.
- Wait 5 seconds for the reading to appear on the meter display.
- Rotate and pull the strip upward to remove it hygienically. Dispose of safely.
- Refer to the EvoCheck GM-700S user manual for full guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which meter are these strips compatible with?
These strips are designed exclusively for the EvoCheck GM-700S Blood Glucose Monitoring System. They are not compatible with other glucometer brands or models.
Why does the side-insert design matter?
With standard top-insert strips, blood applied to the strip tip can run toward the meter. The GM-700S side-insert design places the entry port at the edge of the strip, directing blood away from the meter body — reducing the risk of contamination and making disposal cleaner.
Do these strips require coding?
No. The GM-700S uses auto-coding — the meter recognises the strip and calibrates automatically upon insertion. No chip, code number, or manual step is needed.
Are these strips suitable for neonatal patients?
Yes. The wide HCT range (20–70% for glucose ≤200 mg/dL) makes these strips suitable for neonatal, elderly, and anaemic patients — groups whose haematocrit values may fall outside the range of standard strips.
How should I store these strips?
Store at 4–30°C in a cool, dry place below 90% humidity. Always reseal the container immediately after removing a strip. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
