SD Codefree Blood Glucose Test Strips are manufactured by SD Biosensor Inc. of South Korea and are designed exclusively for use with the SD Codefree Blood Glucose Meter. Built with gold electrode technology and a glucose oxidase biosensor, they deliver precise, reliable blood glucose readings without any need for manual coding — simply insert the strip and testing begins automatically.

Each strip requires only 0.9 µL of blood, applied to the yellow window at the edge of the strip. The meter draws the sample in by capillary action and displays the result in 5 seconds. The measuring range of 10 to 600 mg/dL covers the full clinically relevant spectrum. The SD Codefree system meets ISO 15197:2013 accuracy standards.

Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Remove one test strip from the container and reseal immediately.
3. Insert the strip face-up into the SD Codefree meter — the meter powers on automatically.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample (0.9 µL) from the fingertip.
5. Touch and hold the blood drop to the yellow window at the edge of the strip. The blood will be drawn in automatically by capillary action.
6. Wait 5 seconds for the result to appear on the meter display.
7. Record the result if needed. Safely dispose of the used strip.

Storage Instructions

• Store in the original container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Keep the container sealed tightly after removing each strip.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.
• Do not use strips after the expiry date on the container or packaging.
• Keep out of reach of children.
