Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Open the container and remove one test strip. Reseal the container immediately.
3. Insert the strip into the UCheck UC-1001 or UC-5005 meter — the meter powers on and auto-codes automatically.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample from the fingertip.
5. Touch the sample tip of the strip to the blood drop — the strip draws in the sample by capillary action.
6. Wait for the blood glucose reading to appear on the meter display within seconds.
