Usage Instructions

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Tear open the foil pouch and remove one test strip.
3. Insert the test strip into the FreeStyle Optium Neo meter or FreeStyle Libre reader until it stops. The meter will power on.
4. Use a lancing device to obtain a small blood sample from your fingertip.
5. Touch the white area at the end of the test strip (top or tip) to the edge of the blood drop. The strip draws in the sample automatically.
6. If insufficient blood was applied, reapply blood within 5 seconds without removing the strip.
7. Wait 5 seconds for the blood glucose result to appear on screen.
8. Dispose of the used strip safely.

Storage Instructions

• Store unopened strips in original foil packaging between 4°C and 30°C in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
