Usage Instructions

1. When opening a new box, insert the included auto-coding chip into the Certeza GL-107 meter as instructed in the meter’s manual.
2. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.
3. Remove one test strip from the vial and immediately reseal the vial to protect the remaining strips.
4. Insert the strip into the meter.
5. Prick your fingertip with a lancet and apply the blood sample to the strip’s designated sample area.
6. Wait approximately 5 seconds for the meter to display your blood glucose reading.
7. Dispose of the used strip and lancet safely after each test.

Care Instructions

• Store strips at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Keep the vial tightly closed when not removing a strip.
• Use strips within 90 days of first opening the vial, and always check the printed expiry date.
• Keep strips in their original vial; do not transfer them to another container.
