Usage Instructions

1. Insert the Code 690 chip into the meter if using a new box of strips.
2. Insert one test strip into the meter — it powers on automatically.
3. Wash and dry your hands. Use the lancing device to obtain a small blood sample (1 µL) from your fingertip.
4. Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop — the strip draws in the sample automatically.
5. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the blood glucose reading to appear on the display.
6. Record your result. Dispose of the used strip and lancet safely.
7. Refer to the included user manual for complete guidance on meter use and result interpretation.

Storage and Maintenance

• Store the meter and strips at room temperature, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
